Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, the order follows our refund or exchange process instead of a simple cancel.

COD orders may be cancelled by contacting support promptly with your order ID. Repeated COD refusals may limit future COD eligibility.

Phelina may cancel an order for stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In those cases, any amount paid will be refunded.
